Parsley is an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K. It is a good source of iron and folate. Parsley’s volatile oil components include myristicin, limonene, eugenol, and alpha-thujene. Its flavonoids include apiin, apigenin, crisoeriol, and luteolin.

You can get your Parsley fix by ordering the TABBOULEH SALAD, which also contains tomatoes, bulgur and green onions mixed with lemon and oil.  This is one of THE healthiest salads in the world.

They’re sweet, juicy, and delicious. We all know they are good for you, right? But does everyone know specifically why tomatoes are a healthful food?

One serving of red, ripe, raw tomatoes is a good source of

Vitamins A, C, K, folate and potassium. Tomatoes are naturally low in sodium, saturated fat, cholesterol, and calories. Tomatoes also provide thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, magnesium, phosphorus and copper, all of which are necessary for good health. AND…. Tomatoes make your skin look great because they contain lycopene which makes skin less sensitive to UV light damage, a leading cause of fine lines and wrinkles.
